·        Schools from rural Tamil Nadu will be identified.   Mostly schools in Vellore, Kancheepuram, Salem and Chennai area will be identified and assessed for needs by team of project co-coordinators

·        Proper budget would be created for allocating funds

·        Officers of both India operation and US operation need to approve the budget to allocate funds

·        Study the long term needs of the schools

·        Create a  Women’s Empowerment Group

·        Training women with low literacy to be economically independent

·        Provide women with tailoring, teaching or any other training to help them survive on their feet.

·        Women’s self-help groups and saving plan

The above projects would be extended to other geographical area around the world in  2006.
